ABest Express is a courier company established in 1990 with over 100 branches nationwide and growing. Due to the vast number of branches to oversee and manage, creating a reliable head office-to-branch connectivity has been a great challenge.
For many years, ABest Express had relied only on DSL broadband with no live support or service-level guarantees. Support from Telco providers was non-existent and had no turnaround guarantees. It was a significant problem for the ABest Express IT team.
